Give back to Hudson Crossing
Hudson Crossing is a thriving park that attracts tens of thousands of visitors each year. Some come to walk or bike the trails, others enjoy Hudson River and Champlain Canal access, and still more enjoy the play garden, walking labyrinth, picnic pavilion, and HCP’s programs and special events.
Hudson Crossing Park wasn’t always so vibrant. Nearly twenty years ago a group of like-minded volunteers saw the potential of unused and neglected land as a perfect location for a community park that could provide a welcome spot to enjoy the natural beauty of the area. It is thanks the tireless efforts of these volunteers that Hudson Crossing Park exists today, but the work is not done. Hudson Crossing Park, which is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is always in need of volunteers to help keep the park running, from those who are interested in weeding garden areas to assisting during events or educational programs, to those with special skillsets such as grant writing, graphic design, or fundraising.
Now is the perfect time to pitch in and give back, and help keep Hudson Crossing Park beautiful. There are volunteer opportunities for all, so please fill out the volunteer interest form and a park staff member (or volunteer!) will be in touch!
Thank you - we can’t do it without you!
