Preschool Playtime at the Park

Open to children ages 2-5 years of age and their caregivers, enjoy a half hour of circle time with nature songs, rhymes, stories, and fun activities followed by community free play in HCP’s natural play garden. Give children a chance to run and explore while enjoying the wonder that nature have to offer!

After School Hiking Club

Get outside and start exploring! Held after school for ages 7-12, children will spend time exploring Hudson Crossing Park’s Trails and all they have to offer. Discover plants and animals that live in our area while you learn new observational skills like identifying animal signs!

Five week sessions in Fall, Winter, & Spring

Wednesdays 4:15 p.m. - 5 p.m.

$8/day or $40 for 5 week session

SOAR (Science & Outdoor Adventure on the River) at Hudson Crossing

Liven up your child’s school vacation with hands-on science experiments, storytelling, local history, art projects, and more! A great opportunity to get kids off the couch and into the fresh air, much of the day will be spent outdoors, so please dress for the weather. Kids should bring their own peanut-free lunch, snack, and refillable water bottle. When registering, please specify which session (s) your child would like to attend. Before and after care is available for an additional fee. LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLE!
